  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-In: Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. If your condo is ready earlier on the day of check-in, we’ll notify you promptly so you can begin your vacation sooner.

    Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you’re running behind during the check-out period, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Is the property pet-friendly?

    No, we have a firm no-pet policy. While we love furry friends, our properties are advertised as pet-free homes to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies. We kindly ask that you respect this policy during your stay.

    If you’re traveling with pets, we’re happy to recommend nearby pet-friendly accommodations!

  • What should I do if something is broken or not working?

    If you notice any damage or something isn’t working during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

  • What is the cleaning fee?

    The cleaning fee is $150 - $200 per stay (depending on the unit). This fee covers a thorough cleaning of the property after your stay, including laundering linens and towels, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the home for the next guest.

  • Do I need to clean before leaving?

    We don’t require guests to clean, but a few simple actions can help our housecleaner and ensure a smooth transition for the next guests:

    Optional: Start the dishwasher with any used dishes.

    Optional: Turn down any beds that were used during your stay.

    Mandatory: Please take out the trash before you leave.

    Your help is greatly appreciated and keeps the property in top condition!

  • Are waterpark passes for Boji Splash Park included with the stay?

    Yes! Each stay includes 6 waterpark passes per day for the Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark, located in the main hotel of Bridges Bay Resort.

    How to Access the Waterpark:

    When you enter the hotel, make a right turn and walk past the gym/arcade room.

    You’ll find the check-in counter for the waterpark.

    The passes will be available under the name of the primary guest on the booking reservation.

    Enjoy a day of fun and relaxation at the waterpark—it’s perfect for families and guests of all ages!

  • Are there any specific rules I should be aware of?

    Yes, as part of the Bridges Bay HOA community, all guests are required to adhere to the HOA rules and guidelines, which are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect these hours to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.

    Privately Owned Residences: Please remember that these are privately owned condos, and many of our neighbors reside here full-time.

  • Cancellation Policy

    At Okoboji Luxury Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our Firm Cancellation Policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our hosts.

    Full Refund:

    Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.

    Partial Refund:

    Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of all booked nights.

    No Refund:

    Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in are responsible for 100% of the total booking amount.

    48-Hour Grace Period:

    Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in.
